Absolutely not. This is a subject that really gets my goat, since last week in APUS History, we learned about the influenza epidemic of the early 1900s. I had NEVER heard about it at all before that time, and in the video we watched about it, it stated that people simply forgot about it and it's occurences were tucked away like nothing ever happened. It just seems so depriving that people would just lock history away like that...

It began as a general thread applicable to anyone's history, I provided an example because people here cannot believe such things happening in today's world. You asked for links as proof of my previous statement and now you are pretending as if you were asking for something else.
