Should have known better....Best Buy

Got my wife a new gas oven for Christmas from Best Buy with a price-match and a 12% off coupon. Of course, we spent over an hour there just trying to get the order in.

Stove was scheduled for delivery yesterday (the 12th) with an installation as well since the gas line for the stove has never been hooked up before. Stove gets delivered but the installer never shows or calls. Call Best Buy today and am told that the installer won't be out until the 16th....the 12th was just an "approximate" date.

Don't shop there anymore. They just lost a customer. It's not like their prices are extremely competetive.

I hate that place. I've bought a lot of appliances over the years - bottom line for me has been go with the little guy. Their sticker price might be a little higher, but you end up with better service, more often than not.
