Should employees be submissive to their bosses?

I think that employees should generally be submissive to their bosses. I DON't think bosses should abuse this though and I don't mean like a dictator "Go do the dishes. Do the laundry. etc." but more out of respect, like if the employees are mad and yelling at a customer the boss grabs their arms and says "stop it!", the employees should.

To add more to this serious discussion, I think bosses should be able to fire any employee they want whenever they want to.
