Should eBay be eBayUSA?

Shouldin't it? If you ever used eBay to search for anything you want, you can find UK, Chinese, South American, and other vendors abroad who MAY be tricky to deal with.

Well I tend to go to Ebay to find stuff that I normally wouldn't find in stores which means that they will come from overseas.

Indeed. I'm currently shopping around for electric bike parts🙂

It annoys the piss out of me when I sell an item, state that I will only ship within the US, and STILL have bastards from oversees bid on my stuff.

Actually kirkaptain, you can set up in your preferences to only accept bids from buyers to where you specify shipping locations.

Under My eBay, on the left side scroll down to "My Account", then to "preferences", after that just click on "Buyer Requirements". Follow the options you can set up and you should be all done.

EDIT: It's my 3rd year anniversary on the forum here!!! WOOT!!!

Very rare though. And even then you still dont have to ship if your auction said you wouldnt to non US addresses. Do a refund and file NPB. Otherwise a confirmed US address qualifies.

If it is an inexpensive item you lose only a bit of change; however, if it is an expensive item it will be a few bucks.
Filing those NPB/refunds only gives you "most" of the fees back.
I guess you really don't lose any money if you relist it, but it does waste a good deal of time.

D@mn eBay allowing these users to sign up fake accounts!
