I've heard that leaving it on while you're not their could cause your house to burn down so i have decided to turn mine off when going to sleep. heck, even doctor recommends turning it off at night, the heat from cpu and harddrive can cause brain tumor or mental disorder in prolonged usage. so much for technology that was suppose to make life easier, and most of us wasted a bunch of money too constantly upgrading every few months...must not have a life to do this🙁
btw, I'm going back to consoles; at least it doesn't strain your eye as much and you don't get exposed to too much radiation either. :thumbsdown:
 
Umm...I don't know about you, but I'd stay the hell away from a doctor who says the heat from a CPU can give you a brain tumor.

let's just stick to the very first reason you stated and you'll be ok.
 
Perhaps you should pull the pin, hug the grenade to your bosom and pray to whatever god you believe in. There is no hope for you. You are lost and ther is no going back.

Go to your closest animal shelter and buy the most rabid dog they have. Take it home and lock the dog and yourself in a small closet with no food or water for a couple of weeks. I'm sure the dog will enjoy you.
 
Are you serious? So by your reasoning, a lot businesses should be nothing but ashes and rubble right now.

Whatta load of crap. The only problem I had with keeping my computer on all night is that the casefan (LED) annoyed me. So I turned off the LED, and I sleep fine now.
