The hate in this thread against CA is alarming. Reminds me of when I read a comment on the internet from a bunch of people from third world countries hate against America. Can't we all just get along?
What does it mean: Popped collar?
For the billionth time:
CALIFORNIA DOES NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
Really rich people who like the live in beach houses in warm weather areas... pay the federal government.
The fact that these warm weather beaches are in CA does not somehow show that CA is getting dicked out of anything.
But something tells me you are not against the progressive taxation that causes this effect.
its not that hard to understand, you can't point your finger when your red states are on federal welfare...paid for in part by states like california.
California rocks even though I've never been there. Maybe I'm wrong? Beautiful beaches, newegg, and Hollywood come to mind. Nice scenic motorcycle riding.
At least I can fucking read.

Yes we receive a shit load of welfare dollars. It is still less than we contribute as a people to the rest of the country. What's your fucking point? So because we like welfare(I have some problems with it) we can't pay for it? Oh wait we do and some. You can post this all you like, but it won't change the fact that more money leaves our State to help others than the rest of you guys give back to us. Any state on that list that is receiving more in Federal Aide than the people of the State contribute needs to fix their problems. Those of us who are contributing more than our fair share can do whatever the fuck we feel like.15. Oregon

Stop saying "we" like you're carrying somene on your fucking back.
99% of Federal income tax collected is paid by the richest 1% of the population. Guess what, a high concentration of those uber rich people live in Cali, guys like Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Sergey Brin, etc. THOSE guys pay more than their fair share, not you, and certainly not California.
Derp a der dap derp a da der. Yes, that's why I pay taxes every year. It doesn't matter how much I pay, I contribute. I'm not one of these un-taxed many and there are PLENTY of assholes in California who are taxed just like me. Average household income where I live is 80k+ and unless you think those kinds of people aren't paying taxes(a city of damn near 200K) you're a fucking retard. My state and my neighbors pay combined, more than our fair share to the country. Outside the few other states that are getting screwed, the rest of you need to start picking up after yourselves. This Union doesn't fucking work unless everyone is contributing.
We(the few states that pay more than we receive) would really fucking appreciate it if you idiots living in your shitty states started contributing more to our society. If you guys want as much say in our fucking federal process as you think you deserve, you should fucking earn it.
I like how you completly dodged the point of my post.

Are those people not Californians whose place of business resides in California? Your point doesn't matter shit.
Dude you need some medication. I'm sorry you can't understand that California has issues with itself. It is not caused by the " Other States ". It is caused by Californians government and the welfare, overspending, borrowing too much ...
I'm not blaming California's issues on other states. I'm saying other states are an issue to the union, which has negative implications on California. There are plenty of things I would change here, including the welfare program. That doesn't mean the other states that leech off the few of us don't have to get their shit together. Our union wasn't founded on the premise of a few carrying the many.
Investing our tax dollars into states which cannot keep themselves a float is a losing investment. To continue to do so without cracking down on the other states to be more productive or use less tax dollars is not going to help us in the long run.
If you wat to harp on welfare, I'm all for it, but you have to realize that welfare is a people issue, not a state issue.
Whats next? If someone showed you a federal tax dollar collected vs dollar spent comparing races... Would you go on a tear about how [insert race here] does not pay their "fair share" ?
