Should any mini-pci express card work?

Rather than paying through the nose for bluetooth and wireless, i was thinking of using a minipci express card in a clevo m570ru... should it work properly, or do i need to get the one that comes standard in that model?

What Express card are you asking about?
You have a very high powered system there - and the wireless capabilities are options. If I had that much invested in a machine, I would go with the options.

But, to answer your quesiton, I need to know what function the express card would have? Bluttooth? Wi-Fi? Internet connection?

well, i'd like to add wifi and bluetooth... on the configs bluetooth is added with internal usb and wifi with mini-pcie... i'm wondering if it can be added later, and if so how hard it'd be to get to that bit. I've cracked open quite a few older thinkpads, but i'm not familiar with Clevos.
