Should a HT CPU have two graphs in the task manager?

Got a friend with a HT enabled P4 and he can only get 1 graph to show up under the performance tab of the task manager in XP. He seems pretty sure that he has HT enabled though. I don't own a P4 or have his computer right in front of me, or I would try to get some more info ro figure it out for myself. Is this normal or should he be concerned? I already had him check the view-->CPU Usage--> settings and he only has "One graph per CPU" as an option.
