Should 56 year-old Strippers be fired?

I realize there might be a time when everyone might be too old to work. But, in this case, I think this lady is being discriminated against for her age. Do you think this might be the case too? If you were a club owner, what would you have done?

Apparently. I've only been to two in my life, and both make me want to cringe. The one was in Atlantic City and had some of the nastiest chicks I've ever seen in my life. At one point a fat girl came out on stage. I thought she was just coming out to pick up some stuff the previous girl left out there, but then she started stripping. I can't believe I paid to see a fat girl get naked :'(

It still haunts my dreams to this day.

I agree, but regardless, the job requires good looks. If she is losing her looks, doesn't matter if it's because she's getting old, can't argue age discrimination

actually a waitress job even in a strip club does not "require" looks and saying that it does would be discrimination and get you in a load of trouble.
if she can physically do the job still she should not be fired.

actually I care less as long as she brings the freaking drink in timely manner and checks on me when I need a new one..

The strippers are the entertainment not the wait staff
In fact I really don't care if it was a waiter instead.. as long as the service is good I don't see the problem.
