should 2x 7800gtx 256 in SLI be roughly equivalent to 2x 7900gt in sli?

And Overclock better, esp. with the increadibly easy 1.4vgpu mod.

i did the 1.4v mod, and the capacitors became VERY noisy... like drive you crazy noisy.

i have these cards to work with, i agree if i were buying something new it would be 7900gt's

currently i have 1 7900gt and 2 7800gtx256

if your getting a good deal on them id get the 7800gtx sli other wise the 7900gt.
