Shoudl i expect less texture loading with 2G of ram with Battlefield 2?

BF2 run great on my system, but some levels are chopping a bit, skipping, and im wondering if i can get less chop with 2g of ram.

Anyone went from 1g to 2g and saw a good difference for texture loading?( not frame rate.I expect the framerate to be the same like )

Yes, i went from 1gb to 2gb and i can tell you, it helps.

i went from 2GB to 4GB and let me tell you it made all the difference its like i just bought a new printer!
