Shortest relationship

That's kind of hard to answer. I'm sure lots of people have had one-time dates, so where do you draw the line and consider it a relationship? Two dates? Three? Etc...
 
I had a blind date once that I thought was going to make me blind. Lasted about ten minutes before I gave her the boot. :disgust:

That is truely sad.


My shortest was on a double date with a friend and her friend. It lasted almost an hour, but my friend and I were more attracted to each other than to our dates. I have no idea what happened to the other 2.
 
1 Day. This is how I rationalize it... she wanted to go out with me, but I didn't want her. Somehow I hooked up with her one night (1 day relationship) and then several weeks later I asked her out officially but she "moved on." So in theory, our relationship lasted 1 day. On a side note, it caused me a lot of distress. a lot.

Wow, I figured my 14 hour relationship would take top honors if not close. It seems I've been bested by a few here in length and also in overall sadness... Oh well.
 
mine tended to be pretty stable.

i knew a guy in HS who had a 3 month marriage.

that was sad for him, but not as sad as i was,
because i'd bought him & his wife an expensive
gift for his wedding.
