Shortening Category Names on "My Forums"

Aves

Would it be possible to use ellipses to shorten the names of the categories in the "Your Latest Messages" section of My Forums? Similar to what is done in the left menu bar.

It would prevent the thread titles from being squished when you post in "Software - Apps, Programming and Games", etc and wouldn't require horizontal scrolling to see the last post date/time.

Just a suggestion.

Edit: Apparently this affects the "Hot Topics" section of My Forums also. The Doom 3 thread in "Software - Apps, Programming and Games" has pushed everything over.

Yes... please fix this. It's absolutely annoying... and what's even more annoying is the "Hot Topics" section doing the same thing now that the Doom 3 thread is around. Makes it quite the pain in the ass to use the "My Forums" feature.

C&P from my post in another thread.

AT is not only the forums guys, so be specific and we'll investigate.

Not exactly what the OP was talking about but another person did mention it.

My Forums(<-- picture) in the link My Forums, where you can see your Favorites, Latest Messages, Hot Topics, etc. You'll see in my Favorites that is requires a scroll to the right.

This happened once before when AT upgraded FT last year or so and I had made a post about the same thing. What it looked like you did was change this:

-------------------------------------------------
Software - Apps, Programming and Games
-------------------------------------------------

into this
-------------------------------------------------
Software -
Apps, Programming and Games
-------------------------------------------------

Well, something similar to it.

It is like that with IE 6.0 with lastest junk and with Firefox at 1024x768 .
