shortcut to open firefox.exe with specific site

rh71

No Lifer
is there a switch to do this ? Opening the site as a homepage isn't what I want... I only need this shortcut a handful of times a day... i want it to open to my set-homepage all the other times so I don't want to change it.

You can do this.

- Load up FF to that URL.
- Click and drag the address bar to desktop.
- Rename that shortcut to the name of the website.
- PROFIT!!

And the manual way: pass the url as the first argument to the firefox executable.
that's what I'm asking... I guess I should've tried it first cause it was as simple as:

["C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" http://www.blah.com]
