hibernate.vbs

set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.SendKeys "^{ESC}{UP}{ENTER}h"

For PC-realted stuff AT is pretty lame .... this is 10/10 problems i had to solve/program myself.

All other scripts out there don't work with the new start menu ....

Sorry, Windows isn't my primary OS anymore and all my cases are ATX anyway.

You can't expect answers to all your problems to be just dropped in your lap and even when you are given possible answers you just say why you think it won't matter even though you havn't tried it. With your sh!tty attitude I would expect even less help from a lot of us here.
