Shortage of machine-rounded floppy cables?!?!

It seems as if every online store that carries rounded cables don't have floppy ones in stock. Does anyone know of a place that has them in stock, or is there some kind of shortage from a distributer somewhere?

If you try Software Direct they have some reasonable priced rounded cables made by Belkin for around $8.50 and are currently in stock with a lifetime warranty. I just receive mine and for the price are hard to beat. Shipping was reasonable also. BTW they also carry rounded ATA33 cables for your zip and cr-rom drives at aroun $7.50 each again made by Belkin but these are harder to get. I have some on backorder for when they finally receive their next shipment.

I checked an these sources were both out but you might watch pccables.com and crazypc.com. These seem to be gaining in popularity so hopefully the price will start to drop.

or you can round them yourselves 🙂 the only one i wouldnt try to round myself are the ata66/100 ones, ive never done it before and they cost too much for me if i mess up
