At the begining of the video, there is another vehicle and the suburban is alongside... Then the Suburban moves ahead, behind the Humvee, and the other vehicle drops back... not sure if its the same or not... the other possibility was the vehicle was behind and was never filmed... not sure
the car with the camera in it didn't look like it was under direct fire so it could have been one to the rear.

They were copying something that was in a CKY video (Jackass was a spinoff of it, alot of same people).
