Anyone have this uhh, oh yeah, problem? Anybody know of any good herbs or techniques to improve your short term memory?

Well there are some herbs that are supposed to help. I don't know if there are studies that actually show they work (there would also be studies that show they don't). Lecithin is supposed to help with memory.

I agree with AmusedOne... That stuff just slows you down. Is a little temporary enjoyment worth the long term effects?

If you aren't smoking pot than maybe try working on something that stimulates your mind. Some people like to meditate on their day backwards before they go to sleep. It requires a bit of thinking and eventually leads to a better understanding of your self.

Memory is precious.

I dont believe there are long term effects if you quit. Meditating your day backwards sounds cool and it sound like it would stimulate your mind.

i could also use that badly, my short term memory span is like 3 minutes.

i also heard that you can have almonds soaked overnight in water, peel off the skin and eat them every morning!!

Ive seen it. Its an awesome movie!!! I recommend it!!! After that movie is when I started noticing my short term problem, SERIOUSLY!! no joke.
