Hey folks,
So I've heard some talk of "short stroking" a hard drive.
In other words, taking (for example) a 500 GB drive, and limiting its capacity to 100 GB in order to keep data on the outer tracks and maximize performance.
Has anyone every done this?
Looking for all available data.
