Short, Fat, cranky people at work

Does anyone else ever notice that fat people, specifically, short, fat people at work, cling to rules and regulations, no matter how old, or how unused they are, as if they are a gift and command from god?

I have a Canadian flag on my cubicle wall, well short fat, lonely lady, who always is bitching she can't get a date for (insert a night here) complained to HR about it. And HR informed me I had to remove the Canadian Flag from my cubicle. This is dumb
