Question short 12 volt rail

i know what i am doing when it comes to repairing Xbox one s boards but this is one is beating me i hope someone can help

the problem is i have a short on the 12volt rail the the middle of the three phases gets very hot when i apply voltage it got to the point where i removed all components in that area and still gets very hot can anyone help please
