Let's say I want to create a global keyboard shortcut. AFAIK, I just have to create a shortcut to the program, and under "shortcut key" I put in Ctrl + Shift + M.
This works beautifully is the shortcut is on the desktop, I press Ctrl + Shift + M and up it comes. But it stops working if I move the shortcut anywhere else...
Is there a way to store the shortcuts off of the desktop, but still make them remember keyboard shortcuts? I just cleaned out my desktop...
