Shopping Help needed

I am looking at buying a BFG Tech BFGR76512GSOC 7600GS OC 512MB but I cannot find any specifications on the memory clock. BFG and NEWEGG seem to hide this information and I want to know if it is faster or slower than the 256MB card.

I know this thread belongs somewhere else, but I need a quick response and Off Topic Will get my answer faster than Video or General Hardware. I have only a few minutes to decide. Thanks for understanding.

I just called BFG and the tech was not certain. He did some digging and he believes it is 800 MHz effective or 400MHz (standard measurement).
