Shopping for glasses online

I'm looking for CR-39 or glass frameless (no polycarbonates), as cheap as possible without skimping on the build quality; but I think that goes without saying

If anyone has experience with an online vendor that meets the requirements, appreciated.

I saw a link on FW or SD about $20 pairs. They buyer described them a pop bottles when he received them so....YMMV

I've seen a few of those $20 glasses sites around, but they're all horseshit. No mention of lense material.
