Shopping for film equipment need help

I'm shopping for film equipment for my first short film, need advice on a good set of equipment. I'm not on low budget so I open for suggesting, but I'm not a fancy studio director so go easy on me guys. I've bought the Mark IV so don't try to convince me to return it I've already falling in love it it!

What I need:

- Good tripod
- Digital recorder
- Film lighting
- Software editing

Am I missing something else?
