Shopping for film equipment need help

I'm shopping for film equipment for my first short film, need advice on a good set of equipment. I'm not on low budget so I open for suggesting, but I'm not a fancy studio director so go easy on me guys. 🙂 I've bought the Mark IV so don't try to convince me to return it I've already falling in love it it!

What I need:

- Good tripod
- Digital recorder
- Film lighting
- Software editing

Am I missing something else?
