Shopping for a smaller case

My assigned task is to take a standard mid-tower computer and shrink it to microatx size. I have a motherboard picked out and everything else i have will be transferred.

What I'd like the case to have
Standard size PSU slot
Lightweight (aluminum or lightweight steel)
Portable (has a handle or is more thin than thick)
If you're thinking size think carry on luggage size

What form factor is your motherboard gonna be? Would help alot as it's gonna determine your choices for a case.

Guess better yet maybe it'll help if you state your planned system configuration.

I need case that at minimum will hold a microAtx board, 2 hard drives, standard size PSU, and video card, and 1 5.25 slot.
