shopping for a MOBO

hello everyone, im shopping around for a mother board and decided not to go DFI.

quick overview spec I have:

X2 4400+
eVGA 7800GTX KO

I want a mobo that isnt SLI cause im never gonna do 2 video cards.

Basically a good mobo that can do some MODERATE OCing and 4 slots of ddr rams.

MSI neo4? abit? Asus?
which of the 3 and whats the full length of the motherboard name please.

which wasnt the DFI I was looking at before and this suites my need.
not the DFI SLI mobo I was looking at.

what is or what does it do or which is perfer when it comes to: PCIexpress x16...
MSI has 1 DFI has 2... since I dont know what pci express x16 does.. Id like some quick info please.
