I am looking for a [very inexpensive] shopping cart system that is suitable for a downloadable product. Very basic stuff, just select the product, check-out and pay, then automatically redirect the purchaser to the download URL or via email link, preferrably a sessionized (i.e. time-limited) URL. I would prefer to use PayPal because I have a Premier Account and don't want to bother with the hassle and considerable expense of merchant account or SSL certificate stuff. It would need to support a catalog of up to 300 items.
I would consider using a shopping cart service for downloadable content like many independent software publishers use, but it would need to be very affordable.
Does anyone happen to have some recommendations in this area? TIA!
