What these two idiots need is to go wait outside of a sporting goods store for a treadmill.

My biggest hope for the season is that we as people end the 2 year streak of trampling someone to death over a sale. I don't know if I'm asking too much.

That's all we need is two fatties sitting around in chairs all day. Glad security booted them.

I am a huge capitalist, but I'm even getting chaffed over these stupid black friday sales/hours. Get a life people.

I dunno, I'm kinda hoping for the streak to continue at this rate.

Friend of mine did the Black Friday thing once. She said "never again". Don't know why anyone would line up and fight those crowds. I'd rather just do my shopping online.

They updated the story with some more info and quotes.. it's hilarious.

"I'm getting TVs… four TVs, a BluRay player, some earphones," the Spring Valley resident told 10News.
By camping out more than a week ahead of Black Friday, Buckingham said she will save upwards of $2,000.
On getting kicked off the property of the other Best Buy..
"They said, 'You guys can't stay here. You guys look homeless, '" recalled Buckingham. "I mean, I may be trailer trash but I'm not homeless."
New store seems glad to have her.

However, the La Mesa Best Buy did not mind. The store's manager even came out to take photos of the campers for their corporate newsletter.

Time to email that General Manager, Thomas (TJ) Staup

Dear General Manager,

One of the early shoppers currently lining up for your Black Friday sale is a known shopping "terrorist"/suspected illegal alien.
Please remove them from your premises immediately. From this point on do not allow early campers, this year or in the future.

Best regards,

Loyal Best Buy customer since 1992. :p

I was @ my local best buy on Sunday and there were several tents with lots of people lined up. I really can't comprehend how someones time could be worth so little.

What's the point of black Friday deals if you're just gonna have a few people willing to spend a week in front of the store to get the best deals? What's my incentive for showing up later in the day?

None. That's why Amazon does those hourly deals throughout the day. BestBuy could learn a lot from them.

There were two people lined up at the Best Buy near my office. Customers were taking pictures of them.

I wish I had a job that allowed me to do that.

google 'SSDI' then file an application, young man, and you can be right there with them.

It's the modern version of work.

I don't understand why people do this. It's not like they're giving items for free, and even then, I'd personally have trouble justifying wasting away a week of my time for items while I could be doing something more productive with it. To think these people are actually taking a week off wasting it on this.
