http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...gen-shooting-during-debate-on-Islam-live.html

• Shooting at a cafe in central Copenhagen
• Three policemen reported injured
• French ambassador to Denmark inside but unharmed
• Meeting about freedom of speech was being held at the time
• Gathering organised by controversial Swedish artist Lars Vilks
• Lars Vilks caricatured Prophet Muhammad in 2007

Debate seems to have been restarted after the wounded were taken away. Suspected shooter was killed. 3 police officers shot in the confrontation.

I guess to debate on islam you got to pack some heat?

So we've got this farm, and the wolves are already in the hen-house.
It's time to build a fence?

Well, the main issue I see is that the chicken have denied that culture exists, that humans are not exactly lego pieces to be interchangeable with one another. There is no neutral state of mind,as far as culture goes.People have a culture just like that they breath air. Here I prefer the stupid, flag waving ,USA rah rah rah redneck rather than the pontificating relativist.

Exactly, too late for being more selective on who they let in. I don't see a way they can fix it anymore, too many of those wackos in their midst now.

Actually, seems like the chickens are turning into wolves. I was hearing they have hundreds of youths heading to the middle east from Denmark to train. Supposedly the conversion rate in Denmark is higher than any other European country.

Europe is apparently not doing enough to root out the prone-to-violence subset of Muslims from the rest of them.

I just don't get their hypocrisy. They move to West (Europe) because their own fu*****-up caliphates offer no hope. Then after enjoying all benefits of West, they turn their backs on them, and want to go back?

nope.
they come to the west imagining here we all drive bentleys and party with bitches (my apologies to anyone who actually does that), and we dont.
so they get angry because they feel cheated, and go all muhjadeen n stuff.

I think Western Europe should just get used to it. We've come to accept school shootings with far more casualties as a way of life in the US. There's really no way to solve it.

I think so too, there is no will to fix the problem, so we have to live with the threat.

I disagree. Completely open borders with more gun control laws are the only things that can save them now.

You mean just let it reach a critical mass like Andulusian Spain until another Ferdinand and Isabella come to power (I believe the Marxist term for patriots is "right wingers/conspiracy theorists"), start another Inquisition, shed a ton of blood, and kick all the Muslims out?

From what I've seen, Europe isn't as PC with religious tolerance as Americans are forced to be. Escalate this thing a bit more and we may well indeed see a new crusade. Especially if it starts to hit Russia.

So out of 1.6B population, some jobless nut with totally fucked up mind had killed someone in a gathering to debate freedom of free speech.

I say catch him, execute him by any mean, justice has been served, and lets move on :)

Quite a few of those 1.6B have a different reaction to the North Carolina killings.

One of Charlie Hebdo killers was a released convict, still it was given a full religious-motivation title. The number of negativity we received worldwide is unimaginable.

That said, I can imagine why Chapel Hill killing was overreacted.

Truth to be told, I think our Arabic minds needs desperate change in way of our thinking toward others and current global situation. We keep our heads buried and we may witness a far worse future for our own ignorance.

That Artist guy is so dead, I don't know why anybody would spend time with him. He is a danger to everyone around him... they are always trying to kill him.

Look at it from a practical standpoint: He will get carbombed or suicide bombed or shot at in the near future, and the people around him will pay the price, as they did here. I suggest that this Artist should either join the army, or basically give up living. I wouldn't go within a hundred yards of the man, on the basis that I don't think shrapnel would fly that far.

Disgusting.

Lol. He is a fool, and he thought he could make some money of a political statement and "accomplish" something... as much as any cartoonist would anyway. And he did!

What is disgusting, is his own lack of regard for the safety of his colleagues, family, and people around him in general. He should have the balls to pick up a gun and fight the islamists, if that is what he wants to do. Otherwise he can stfu, and so can you, zionist.

You're calling him a coward when you wouldn't even stand near someone who was brave enough to speak out against a barbaric religion. That sort of cowardice is what allows people to be silenced by fear.

I've done my time with a gun fighting islamists. Hopefully I'll get another chance. It's the only thing they understand.
