Are you saying anyone that owns guns are nuts? did you even read the link

By "they are letting guns go in there" I take it he meant "they are shooting in there".

Can't see any reason for him to state something like "they are allowing guns in there", which is how you appear to have interpreted it. Doesn't seem to be a very likely reaction from a young black man.

Same thing happened in Toronto a couple years ago. Some ghetto thug with a score to settle walked into the food court at the Eaton Centre, started chasing a couple home boys, and fired into the crowd. IIRC he hurt four or five innocent bystanders. They just convicted him of attempted murder late last year. The little shit's lawyer tried to claim he did it because he had PTSD from an earlier incident. Video footage clearly showed that was not the case. Attack was targeted and deliberate.

That's in a country where handguns are all but illegal, and very few people own them. The thugs buy them on the black market. It's all gang warfare. Pieces of trash with scores to settle over drugs. territory, or perceived disrespect. Should execute them by firing squad as an ironic punishment.
 
Shooter was a 17-year-old kid. Shot two innocent people while trying to hit his intended victim.
 
Not a very good shooter.I'm not sure what the laws are there;but if it was here,he'd be charged as an adult and given 1 stiff penalty.
probably be about 35 before he got out.
