Shogo + Win98 SE Compatibility Issues?

I haven't played Shogo in a while, popped the CD in, and it won't install. Popped it in another PC and tried to install from the network - won't install.

Works fine in Reg 98, but won't run SE. Anyone having this prob? Got a fix for it?
 
Update all sound/video drivers then (re)install DirectX 7.0a. Bro was having that same trouble though on a different game. The friggin' install would fail, but after doing the above, it worked without a hitch.
