Shoes that are good on the knees..

I've been having some pretty major knee problems after any sort of major running or activities, and figure it must be these New Balances that I've had for many years now.

Are there any good running shoes that are designed for knee support, or can help me out?

New balances are generally stiffer, good for trail running. You may want to look at something with more cushioning if you are going to run on pavement.

Try putting the shoes on your feet and running on them instead of knees.

"Major knee problems"? Better lay off the running or seriously cut down.
