Shoe re-soling?

Any one ever do this? I have a feeling its going to cost just as much to buy new shoes as to sole leather bottom shoes.
 
Actually not as much as you think it is, around 30 bucks. If the upper leather is in good shape, then do it. I wear out the heels on my shoes very fast, until I discover those little plastic thingies.

The guy next to me has those little things nailed into the bottom of his shoes, I guess they work pretty well.
