If anything, Democrats are the ones that despise companies like these. After all, they are succesful and helping their employees so they don't have to depend on the government. However, unlike you BDawg, I'm not going to make a political issue out of this. I'm happy for the company and the employees. Way to ruin a good story, though.

It's the liberals who ignore these types of stories, because they show employees getting rewarded for hard work & merit, rather than for carrying a union membership card.

When the "haves" show some compassion for the "have nots", its funny how most bleeding-heart liberals give you a "deer in the headlights" look...

To them, it's unthinkable that a greedy manager would choose to reward their employees without government regulation, or a group of tree-hugging hippies protesting in the parking lot.
