Shockwave keeps crashing browser.

I have been using the Chrome since it came out and it has been very stable for me. For some reason, today it has been crashing alot. And 90% of the time it crashes it gives me a message a the top of the window that it is related to the Shockwave plug in. I went to the Shockwave home page to try and reinstall or see if there's an update but it only mentions Firefox and IE as compatiblae browsers.

Anyone else have any issues with this?
