Shocking Problem

I just picked up 2 Dell laptops. And dont start by saying that is my problem. One of the systems is consistently shocking you when you touch the touch pad or press some keys. The other system does is very infrequently. Any of the side ports with metal will for sure cause a small shock. It only seemed to cause the shock when its plugged into the AC Adapter. I tried 3 different AC adapters (we ordered extras) with the same result. Dell was quick to issue a new laptop to be sent out. What could cause these shocks?

System specs

Dell Inspiron E1505
Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz CPU
Radeon x1400
1 Gig RAM
60 GB HD
54 Whr 6-cell Battery

Most likely just a bad batch on dell's part. Dell does not usually don't ship out comps with such obvious problems. It sounds like the connection between the keyobard/touchpad and the motherboard are defective, coroded, or both. It could have even happenned in shipping after dell had tested it...
