Guy was probably getting a bad charlie horse or something, I probably would've been the same way if it was very bad. Still f'ing hilarious though.
 
Saw this episode the other day...the guy has some type of mental disorder. He acted very strange through the whole arrest.
 
He/s either missing some brain cells or some cartilage/ligaments in his knee and was suffering a displacement.
