Shirt Experts Please Help to ID fake shirts

ok i've bought a couple of shirts that are supposed to be Polo by Ralph Lauren from a supposedly reputable online store (not ebay, not yahoo)

i suspect they are fake, upon closer inspection of their tags

i've taken pic(s) of the polo shirt(s) that i've bought from Macy's for comparision

so what do you guys think? are they obvious fakes?

note that the size and the place of manufacture does not matter... i've seen shirts that are made in various places in asia

* caution each pic is about 1MB macro shots.

polo1

polo2

polo3

polo4

so which are real(s) and which are fake(s)?

and im thinking of calling amex and report this stupid company and try to get my money back. good idea?

when you wear the shirt....

does it look good? cause otherwise i dont see what difference it makes, unless you paid alot of money for a cotton shirt....

i have never wore the shirts that i just bought (which are under question if they are real or not). i bought the shirts because they are sold as genuine Polo RL shirts. if they are not, i'll just contact the store and try to get my money back. otherwise, i'll just ask for help from amex.

Does it really matter since they're all made in some 3rd world country ...
probably all have the same poor quality ... and the only thing that makes them valuable
is the brand recognition that comes from the Polo player on the front ...
and I doubt if anyone going to question their authenticity on a $50 shirt ... it's not like they're some $1000 US handmade tailored shirt
