I don't use Ebay but I know that a lot of you do. I just saw the following announcements on their site and they seemed to provide solutions to problems about tracking shipments and refunds that I have seen posted many times. If you all know about these already, please ignore.

"We are pleased to announce that our new shipping features are now available! Included is a new shipping feature called Online Postage that will allow sellers to print U.S. Postal Service shipping labels with Delivery Confirmation? and pay for postage from their PayPal account.
After an item has sold, a seller will now be able to print a shipping label from either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS directly from My eBay or the View Item page. With the U.S. Postal Service feature, called Online Postage, sellers will have the option to print postage with or without the postage value shown. Once the label is purchased, both the buyer and seller will be able to track the delivery status of the package on eBay and PayPal."

" ***Updated: Partial Refunds Through PayPal***

As announced earlier today, members are now able to issue partial refunds through PayPal. Prior to this change, when an eBay seller wanted to issue a refund to a buyer through PayPal, they had to refund the buyer's entire payment. Now, when a seller issues a refund, they will be able to select whatever amount they wish to refund, up to the total amount of the payment. "
