Shipping to college: UPS vs. USPS

In my experience I think the big 3 are all just fine. UPS, USPS, FedEx. You will always find someone that had one bad experience with one of them, and then swears that they will never use them again. As far as I'm concerned they are all pretty much the same, you can have good experiences, or bad experiences with all of them, but overall they all work.

One bad experience with UPS would be nice. Everytime something is coming to me via UPS I expect a bad experience, and they have not let me down yet!

I once watched the UPS man throw a hard drive 10 feet to the side door of my house. Both cars in the driveway and the ashpole didn't even ring the door bell. Also it seems to be a mystery on whether or not I ever need to sign for a package.

I would go with UPS b/c at my school UPS came to my dormroom while UPSP was left at the mail office and I had to go get it.

i just moved back from college, and shipped over 500lbs worth of stuff. i went w/ fedex ground because it saved me almost $200 over UPS ground.

are you serious 4-6 weeks?! my god!!! and it was shown 6 days from KS to FL.
