I've got someone interested a laptop i have for sale , but he's in canada. Are there any special precaution i should take since it's not a US sale.

I plan on accepting only non-cc paypal.

What about shippping? What would be the fastest, safest shipper to Canada. I hear USPS is the best...

Shipping to Canada can be a pain because of the Canadian Customs service. They will want a declared value and to tax someone, etc. And it costs a lot more to ship there.

I wouldn't ship there unless the buyer was willing to pick up all the added expenses. ;)

Don't ship Global Priority Mail - it's the cheapest, but you can't get insurance or anything - I sent something Global Priority to Canada and only the envelope arrived (missing what was inside).

How can you not get insurance for that?

You can do USPS EMS (Express Mail Service) or also called Canadapost Xpresspost

Base price is $18-19 so I guess <$25

Theres $100 insurance included.
