Step 1: Get a box.
Step 2: Place the item in the box and seal it, possibly with packing tape.
Step 3: Take the box to the Post office / Kinkos / the UPS store and send it to the destination.
Step 4: Take your own life.

Yes, but close your eyes and walk into a busy street first. This is so the delivery trucks know you're coming. MAKE SURE TO CLOSE YOUR EYES!!
