I ordered some items after Thanksgiving. USPS attempted to deliver them but left a notice. I go into the post office today and found out that they are being returned to sender (Amazon). Is there a way to contact USPS and cancel the return to sender, get it mailed again w/shipping costs....or try to cancel the order and get a refund (minus shipping costs) since I'm not getting the item?

Amazon will cancel the order once they get it back. I don't think there is anything you can do.

Amazon will provide a full refund automatically and send you a email indicating as much and to verify your address. It looks like one I just got 🙂

They usually only do that after they've tried to deliver twice and then you exceeded the time allowed for you to pick it up. That's at least a week.
