shipping present to Germany?

I have to ship a birthday present (~ 15 lbs) to Germany. I looked around, and it looks like usps is my best bet - any other suggestions? Also, how does the customs declaration work? There is approx 150. worth of baby clothes in there - will I have to pay anything if it is a gift?? Never done this before...

USPS is your best bet. Airmail is probably gonna be cheaper than UPS, but it's still gonna be expensive.
