Shipping from Canada to US

I had some goods shipped to me from Ottawa (I'm in Rochester) using the "Expedited USA" Canada Post service. It's been two weeks, but the package still hasn't made it here. The tracking number shows that it was "Received by Canada Post" and nothing else. Does it usually take this long, or should I start getting worried?

No that seems like a little too long for that amount of distance, and the fact that it's Canada to US shouldn't be adding that much time.

That said, give it some more time.

i have only ever had things lost by Canada post when shipping to the US if it was shipped using expediated. they suck! make a claim, b/c they will refund your shipping costs (actual postage) if it is over their gauranteed time.

Well, I wasn't the one who shipped it. The package I mailed made it from Rochester to Ottawa in less than a week. The goods I'm supposed to get were sent to me by a trader with over 100 positive heatware evals, so I don't think he's trying to screw me over. Now, if the package did in fact get lost, what can be done?
