I'm considering sellilng a wheel (motorcycle) to a buy in Adelaide, Australia. No tire. I figure the package would be roughly 27" x 27" by 5" (small wheel) and weigh, I dunno, 20-30 pounds?

UPS said roughly $280...but man, that's awfully expensive. Anybody know if USPS would be cheaper?

umm they have a freaking calculator online mate.

If you do it online you can save about 10%, it should cost about $110 and arrive from the states to austrailia in 5 days. I figured 25 lbs.
