Shimmering in Voodoo5! HELP please

I'm getting shimmering with my Voodoo5 PCI in Win2k... anybody know what i can do to fix this? Also, anybody know of a good 3dfx fan site that has good forums support?

 
Do you have this problem in Win98? If not, what drivers are you using for Win2k? 1.03 is the latest from 3dfx.com.
