shift key is stuck after cleaning keyboard>>

i just pulled off all of the keys and soaked them because my keyboard was filthy< and after putting them back in< its seems like a shift key is stuck or shorted out even though i"m pretty positive no water got into the keyboard at all> Sticky keys is off according to windows but maybe there is something i am missing>

i tried restarting my computer and unplugging the keyboard but nothing works

did i just fry my keyboard?
 
turning on sticky keys actually helps a bit as everything isnt highlighted above where i click anymore but
everything is still in caps if caps lock is off and i cant use punctuation or anything

i noticed that sticky keys makes a noise whenver i hit the shift button but the other shift button doesnt make
any noise

im guessing thats the fried key?
